Yes on malibu racing (august 2013) calendar. Drivetrain is a "327" :)

No track time yet, finished the swap with fuel injection last fall. Switched to carbed this spring, still dialing in the carb.

 ok, I ran it  last friday at an "rsd" event (real street drags) and learned valuable lessons.

1. all 275/60r15 are not equal.

I replaced my bfg tires with some hoosier drag radials. The hoosiers were wider and didnt fit in the tub. So i puta set of 255/60r15's (legally bald)

 

2. seeing both walls during a pass will make you shit yourself.

3. Its stupid to keep spraying a car that won't "hook" on motor

Best time was N/a 13.7 (spinning and bouncing off the rev limited) @ 103
2 15 second runs (spinning) while spraying in the 90's
1 28 second while checking out the concrete barriers.
1 14.33 (spinning) @99 last pass

Rsd nights are no prep.

Man i need some tires!!! :) :) :)

I couldn't leave off anything but idle. And my rev limiter problems were due to my tack being 200 rpm's off. (old sunpro with an adjustment).
