I have an open spot in my shop in Lincoln RI. if anyone is looking. It's about 15x20' air compressor,heat,electricity,bathroom,kitchen all included. $250 per month.

If you want,I have one spot that is about 30x20 for $350 that fits two cars of you want to take a look,I can send you a photo later today if you like. You can do anything except finish paint there's way to much dust,but priming,and jamming is ok. We have people there all night pounding and grinding with no complaints.
